The Contemporary Austin
After living in Austin for nearly 4 years (and on the verge of moving away), I finally visited an Austin museum——The Contemporary. There were two exhibits on display by the immensely talented British artist/curator Lubaina Himid.
Her colorful, soulful work was very inspiring to see up close, and it was just what I needed to experience to help me out of a creative slump.

We’re currently in the process of moving, but I’m still trying to be creative in the kitchen. So even though we had to break out the paper plates, I made some crispy red snapper, baby bok choy, Vietnamese-style pickled carrots and onions, nuoc cham, and served everything with rice and fresh herbs.

Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
